Jay Jackson is an experienced executive coach and organizational strategist with more than 25 years of leadership expertise in workforce development, culture transformation, and strategic growth.
For nearly 13 years as a Senior Leader at Hopeworks, Jay partnered with executive leaders to expand organizational culture and launch East Coast sites in Camden, Newark, and Philadelphia. He has directed large teams, coached senior leaders, and built partnerships with dozens of employers to create sustainable career pathways for hundreds of job seeking professionals each year.
Today, through JDJ Solutions LLC and consulting engagements, Jay equips executives, leadership teams, and organizations to navigate change, strengthen culture, and align strategy with measurable outcomes. Recognized with the NSDTA Distinguished Service Award, he is known for his ability to blend empathy with excellence—helping clients unlock growth while staying true to their mission and values.
